Night Light - Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does the Night Light work?
The Lumenite Night Light utilizes LED technology. Simply charge with the micro usb cable provided.
Each light has it's own set of light features - please follow specific guides for further information on adjusting brightness levels and color modes.
2. Does the light have an automatic on/off feature?
Yes, pending which night light you have chosen, there is an automatic-timer function that can be used.
3. What is the expected lifespan of the LED bulbs?
The LED bulbs in our night light are designed to last for thousands of hours. With typical usage, you can expect the bulbs to remain operational for many years to come.
4. Is it safe for children?
Yes, it is safe for children. The lighting has been made with child-safe materials and completely safe for children to use.
5. Can I use it in other areas besides bedrooms?
Absolutely! You can choose wherever you'd like to use the light. It's perfect for gift-giving for any occasion.
6. Does it come with a warranty?
Should any issues be encountered with the product, please contact us directly, we will be more than happy to support you. We require your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos in order to get this resolved.
7. Is the Night Light energy-efficient?
Yes, our night light is energy-efficient thanks to its LED technology and automatic timer-off function. It consumes minimal power, making it an eco-friendly choice for your home.
8. Do I need to leave it plugged in all night to charge?
No, you don't need to leave the light plugged in. Just charge as necessary as and use the light wirelessly. The usual charging time takes 2-3 hours.
9. How many hours does the battery last before the next charge is needed?
The Night light will provide continuous lighting for approximately 5-8 hours.
10. What's included in the package?
Each Night Light comes equipped with a Night Light and charging cable.
Shipping FAQs
1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will generally ship within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Based on your destination, the shipping times will vary, please refer to our shipping policy for an estimated timeframe.
2. How can I track my order?
Once you've placed an order and it's processed, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email to to track the shipment of your order. You can check the link for updates in relation to the shipment and delivery.
3. What's your return policy?
Please contact us for any returns including letting us what's wrong with the item received and we'll be happy to get this matter resolved for you.
4. Can I cancel my order?
After 1 business day of you placing an order, we'll begin to process your order and the items will be shipped. During this time, we're unable to accept any cancellations for your order.
Should a full cancelation be required, we'll require the product to be returned once received to our facility to assess this further to in regards to processing a refund. Please contact us if you have any cancelation queries before arranging the items to be returned.
5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If for any reason you've received the wrong item - if it's the wrong size, color, defective or otherwise not exactly what has been specified, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
